i have some darker pigmented skin right around the mouth and I would like to even it out with the rest of my skin. I've tried using cover-up but it doesn't really look right. I do wax, also.....Any other ideas or permanent remedies to lighten that skin?

mm.. you can try lemon juice, but nothing drastic without medical supervision. You dont wanna make it worse..
