Kojic Acid is the best skin lightner available on the market...in fact it is used in teeth whitening as well as for pigmentation...it is hioghly effective. The best form of Kojic Acid available is obviously the freshest form available.
I have found that the best is to buy the fresh form...100% concentrate..in fact i have tried some excellent Kojic Acid ampoules called Dermastir Kojic Acid Ampoules by Alta Care Laboratoires - Paris. These ampoules contain the freshest and most active form of Kojic Acid, which has not been processed in anyway (unlike for example the soap you mentioned!) Each ampoule is monodose - just for one application, so since it is used straight away it is even more active. I tried them - and they worked!
