I kept hair bleach on for longer then suggested, and now the area is darker then my skin color!!

It sounds like you have a chemical burn from the creme.........use Neosporne ointment and don't use that creme again, sounds like you have sensitive skin -- but the fact that you left it on too long leads me to think you burned yourself. Ouch. When the skin and hair grow back, and it doesn't hurt anymore, you can have a salon wax your upper lip --- it's fast, not too expensive and lasts a longer time than doing it yourself. they know all the tricks (lotions, powders, etc.) to try to keep the pain at a minimum.
Reply:bleach makes hair lighter so I don't see how it could have made it lighter, check again to see if it was tint or bleach, to help remove it, just keep shampooing it often
Reply:just tweeze your stache. i know lots and lots of girls around here that do that. my friend said it hurts really bad the first couple of times but then after you get used to it you dont even feel it.
