my skin was fairer when i was living in manila than now that i am living in cavite. my friends say that it is because water in manila is treated with chlorine that makes skin lighter every bath.is this true
Does chlorine in water lighten skin?
I have never seen a professional swimmer with acne or bad skin. Check it out. Drinking chlorine is a different deal... seems like a bad idea to me but who knows.
