When I was a child my skin was chemically lightened. Is there anyway I can make my skin darker again? Thanks?

My skin was chemicaaly lightened drastically using Hydroquinone it affected both my hair and skin. I have naturally Black hair. I know you can purchase tablets to keep you hair black (If anyone knows, please tell me where I can purchase them.) But with regard to my skin colour I dont know how to make myself darker again are there particular foods, Vitamens, Tablets i can take? Amy info greatly appreciated.

There are certain things about your situation you didn't mention, like what is the natural ethnicity of your skin colour. Its cold hearted to suggest asking Michael Jackson, who has never darkened his skin and remains a mystery how it was lightened in the first place (he claims to have vitiligo which looks much different than what he is suggesting). You are obviously troubled by this. Tanning, if your skin has the ability now, is unsafe as there is risk of skin cancer developing. See a hair dresser about hair colour and see a doctor about your skin condition. I wouldn't take a pill that claims to alter hair colour. Hydroquinone is not available in some countries due to cancer risk factors.
Reply:You can tan... Other than that I don't know. I'm curious as to why you had your skin lightened. I wish you'd explain why. I do know that if you eat lots of carrots, you'll get orange... I don't know if that's the color you're looking for, but everybody in Hollywood seems to love it!

Reply:I've never heard of tablets that can keep your hair black. I'd love to know about it. But there is a shampoo called "Tulsi %26amp; Amla" made by the Nyle company that is supposed to blacken your hair, and it works very well.

Look kid i don't know if you have medical problems for this chemical or your skin color isn't even but if there is no problem then just go leave it like that every one wants to be white anyway
